Privacy

• What we collect: what you type in the report form (name, email, optional phone, city, company, location, dates, amount, fee type, your story), any files you upload, and basic technical data such as your IP address, which is used briefly to prevent spam.
• Who sees it: only Mike. Files are stored privately and are not publicly accessible.
• How it is used: only to help with your complaint and to contact you about it.
• Never sold. We don't sell or share your information for marketing.
• Deletion: email admin@mikeyscomputerandphone.shop and we'll delete your report and files.
• Trends: the What We're Seeing page shows anonymized totals only (fee type and city counts, with small city counts grouped). It never shows names, companies or text.
• Chat and analytics: live chat is provided by Tawk.to. Cloudflare, our host, keeps basic traffic logs.
